Ayse Kalaycioglu
Ayse Kalaycioglu is a talented architect and professional with 25 years of diverse non-profit, government and private sector experience in project and program management, procurement, long term and capital strategic planning and feasibility studies. Ayse most recently served as the COO at IL CMS and led the efforts on the sale of James R. Thompson Center, purchase of 555 W. Monroe and 115 S. LaSalle buildings and relocation of thousands of state employees in downtown Chicago. She earned an Innovation in Government Award from the National Association of State Chief Administrators and was featured in American Builders Quarterly as a Chicago Infrastructure All-Star for the impact of her work and dedication to her adopted hometown of Chicago.
