After serving his country in the U.S. Army, he founded MZI Group Inc. in 1999 – making way for his true passion to grow into an industry leader in Telecom, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Infrastructure, Utility Projects, Design Build, Building Services and more. MZI has begun focusing on green initiatives by supplying EV charging and solar infrastructure. As President and CEO, Arthur believes success is firmly rooted in his community and the people he surrounds himself with. He takes his role as CEO/President very seriously knowing he is responsible for his employees and their families. He also has a passion for philanthropy and has committed close to half a million dollars to worthy causes over the course of the last 5 years alone. MZI has built a reputation for providing a comprehensive turn-key choice for even the most complex challenges, while making it a priority to foster mentorship, community engagement and giving back. Arthur is a board member on of Chicago United, Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Loyola University Health System, and National Association of Veteran Owned Businesses.
