Anthony Guzman
Anthony (Tony) Guzman is a first-generation college graduate and the first in his family to attend college. Tony was raised in Cicero, IL and went to Morton East High School. He then attended Northwestern University and graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Currently, Tony is a Senior Project Manager at Cullen Construction Management. Throughout his career, Tony has had the opportunity to work on an extensive array of projects including high rises, senior living, educational facilities, student housing, transit-oriented developments, tenant improvements, and commercial standalone buildings. At Cullen CM, Tony provides day-to-day leadership and support on projects that have received local and state funding from groups such as the Chicago Neighborhood Opportunity Fund and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Additionally, Tony provides Construction Management and Owner’s Representation services to private developers on projects located throughout the nation. Outside of work, Tony is a mentor for ACE Chicago, a House Captain for Rebuilding Together, an active participant in the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) and sits on the Chicago Auxiliary Board for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE).
