Annalise Dum
Annalise Dum serves as a Senior Sustainability Project Manager in JLL’s Project and Development Services team in Chicago, IL. As a consultant for a diverse portfolio of clients, she is responsible for directing building certifications and strategically guiding occupier and investor clients in aligning their commercial real estate portfolios with organizational ESG goals. To date, she has over 100 new construction and renovation projects in her portfolio and has managed certifications for 16 million+ square feet of space. 14 of her projects have received certifications including LEED, WELL Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel, ENERGYSTAR, and WELL-pending.
In her professional tenure, Annalise has worn many hats, including owner’s rep, designer, facilities manager, advocate, and volunteer coordinator. This experience allows her to convene and successfully collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all industries.
Annalise holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design with minors in Communication and Spanish from Purdue University, a plant based nutrition certificate from eCornell, and is a member of the Illinois Green Alliance’s Auxiliary Board. She does her best to “walk the talk,” living out her sustainable values through a plant-based, low-carbon, zero-waste lifestyle.
