Ann McNeill is an influential figure in the construction industry, currently serving as the President and CEO of MCO Construction, one of South Florida's premier African American female-owned construction companies. Since 1980, MCO Construction remains a leading black-owned firm in the State of Florida, specializing in construction management and project controls. Ann's visionary leadership has guided the company to work on numerous iconic projects in South Florida, including the Miami Airlines Arena, Marlins Ballpark, Miami International Airport, Miami Science Museum, Miami Children’s Courthouse, Riviera Palm Beach Police Station, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Hartsfield Jackson Airport in Atlanta, City of Riviera Beach Fire Station, and City of West Palm Beach Police Station.
