My name is Angela Cardenas, I'm a Venezuelan Civil Engineer and I work as a Project Engineer for Escarpita Construction Company.  I'm very passionate about sports; I play tennis, golf and follow soccer. Sports have taught me how far you can get with passion, dedication and discipline. Being a woman in the construction industry requires the same hard work. Every day represents a new challenge and a new opportunity to grow. Through my experience I have learned that in this industry we are a team working along to deliver the best results.
