Andrew Manning is a ’97 graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington. His 23-year career in Chemical Distribution sales started in 1999 under the leadership of the late William G. Mays, owner & founder of Mays Chemical Company (MCC), headquartered in Indianapolis, IN.   MCC is still one of the largest privately-owned and operated, minority Chemical Distributors in the United States, and active member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) and the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).   Andrew relocated to Chicago in 2002, with MCC and developed multimillion-dollar chemical consolidation programs with companies in the energy sector (Alliant Energy), the pharmaceutical market (Baxter Healthcare), as well as the food industry (Ventura Foods, LLC).  In the last few years, Andrew has expanded his interest and sales platform to include business development in Safety Management/ Worker Safety and HVAC Preventative Maintenance services. In 2022, Andrew put the wheels in motion to establish GCM, LLC named after his greatest love and only daughter.
