Andrea has a diverse background which includes Future of Work Strategy, Digital Transformation, M&A, Portfolio Strategy and CRE Transformation. Prior to joining consulting, Andrea served as a Director for the UnitedHealth Group Account. Andrea led Portfolio Strategy and Transaction Management for the International portfolio in addition
to serving as the platform SME on flexible space alternatives and executing deals across the U.S.
Prior to joining the UHG team, Andrea was a Transaction Manager for the Deutsche Bank account with responsibility for developing portfolio strategies and executing transactions across Deutsche Bank’s real estate portfolio in Europe.
