licia Rucinski currently acts as Vice President of Design and Development Operations for CA Student Living. She is responsible for overseeing overall design and development initiatives, including: process, protocol and departmental goals. Alicia previously acted as Director of Interior Design where she oversaw delivery of 25 properties across the Nation in a span of 3 years.

She has over 17 years of experience in Development Management, Owners Rep and Project Management; directly involved with the delivery of over 40 developments. Alicia is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Chicago where she was a scholarship athlete, and is a LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP.
