I am a fist generation Mexican/American that has gone from swinging the hammer as a union carpenter, to manageing some of the busiest new home construction site for Pulte Homes in the Chicago Suburbs without a college degree. Hard work, breaking through adverisy, and breaking steriotypes to achieve sucesses is my story I like to share with the youth, and give motivation.
