Agratha was drawn to construction industry at an early age because of her father which motivated her to get a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign after acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, she works at Mortenson Construction and is an advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Women in Construction.
