He accompanies a team spe¬cializing in servicing office, industrial, and flex space clients with responsibilities ranging from general market surveys to global portfolio analyses. Adrian is experienced in collaborating with the team to resolve clients' real estate issues by analyzing space needs, managing potential options, then implementing the solution that best fits the client's business ob-jectives. He has worked with regional and national firms to measure their real estate performance against market benchmarks to determine the strongest use of their assets.
