Zach Yarnoff is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team.  Based in Chicago, Zach helps lead the firm’s debt capital markets business across the Midwest. With extensive experience across the capital stack—including first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity—Zach leverages over 15 years of real estate and capital markets expertise to source transactions and create value for his clients.  His work spans asset classes and includes a deep track-record of data center financing and advisory. He has closed over $12 billion in financings on behalf of public and private institutional investors involving many of the country’s most prominent assets.
