 Yolanda Fields is a dedicated community leader, advocate, and catalyst for change on Chicago's West Side. As Executive Director of Breakthrough, she led the develpoment and opening of The Residences, a beautiful new 14-unit housing community that provides stability and opportunity for families experiencing housing insecurity. The program empowers residents to build financial security by saving over two years while preparing for the transition to homeownership. Yolanda firmly believes that safe, stable housing is the foundation upon which families can thrive, and her leadership reflects a deep commitment to creating pathways to lasting economic and community well-being.
