Tammy L. Kelly is an Assistant Project Manager with Bear Construction Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. With a career that began in accounting and evolved into project management and field coordination, Tammy has developed a comprehensive understanding of construction operations, project execution, team collaboration, and client relations across diverse commercial projects.
In her role at Bear Construction, Tammy supports project planning, subcontractor coordination, project execution, and stakeholder communication while helping drive successful project outcomes and strong industry partnerships. She is committed to advancing collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within the construction industry.
Tammy also serves as Chair of Bear Construction’s Women in Construction (WIC) Employee Resource Group, where she helps foster connection, professional development, and engagement among women across the organization. Through this leadership role, she advocates for workforce development, mentorship, and creating meaningful opportunities that support women in construction and strengthen company culture.
Beyond construction, Tammy is a certified life coach, creative professional, and published author of three books, including Intentional: The Three-Year Vision Journal, a personal and professional development resource designed to encourage purposeful planning and strategic growth. Her work as an author reflects her passion for leadership, vision, and empowering others to pursue intentional success.
