Stanley Yeskolski, CMI, CIEC, CMC, is President of the Indoor Air Quality Association and Principal Consultant of Investigative Inspection Services. Since 1998, he has investigated moisture intrusion, mold, building-envelope, EIFS/stucco, roofing, and indoor-air-quality issues in residential and commercial buildings. He is a nationally recognized instructor and standards contributor who has helped develop certification requirements, inspection protocols, and professional education for building and IAQ practitioners. His work emphasizes thorough, technically sound, and defensible building investigations.
