Shashanka Mallikarjuna is a Project Controls Specialist at STV, where he manages budgets, schedules, and digital workflows across aviation, healthcare, housing, and transportation projects. He strengthens project delivery by advancing digital innovation and data-driven processes that improve cost management, scheduling, and decision-making.

Beyond his role at STV, Shashanka has contributed to research at Columbia University on technology adoption and digital transformation in the AEC industry. He also demonstrates his leadership as a member of the CMAA Young Leaders Committee, where he organizes initiatives that connect and empower emerging professionals while encouraging collaboration and growth in the field.
