Her work centers on experience-driven destinations where brand identity, guest engagement, and operational performance come together to create places that are compelling, high-performing, and positioned for long-term success. She has led projects for concepts including PopStroke, Flight Club, and Supercharged, along with restaurant environments for a range of national and emerging brands. Shannon guides multidisciplinary teams from concept through execution, aligning design vision with business goals to deliver environments that are design-forward, strategically grounded, and aligned with the guest experience. Shannon also serves as a firm leader in shaping Aria’s growth strategy, with a focus on entertainment, hospitality, and restaurant sectors.
