Shannon Stelling is the Executive Director of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association, an Illinois chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. She has been with the organization for four years and brings over 30 years of experience in marketing and development, working with construction companies and a variety of other industries. Married for 37 years, Shannon is the proud mother of five and grandmother to eleven. Growing up on a farm, she learned the value of hard work at an early age—a quality that continues to drive her leadership today. An avid deer hunter and camper, she enjoys the outdoors and approaches every endeavor with energy and dedication. Shannon is passionate about introducing students to the opportunities within the trades, inspiring them to build strong and successful futures. She believes that the students of today are the future of tomorrow, and the strength of the industry depends on them.
