Scott Workman, MPA, CPP, PSP, CHPA
Scott Workman is a Senior Principal Analyst and Project Manager with GFT Infrastructure, specializing in integrating security into complex design‑build and modernization projects. He brings more than 30 years of experience strengthening critical infrastructure through physical protection system analysis and design, threat and vulnerability assessments, antiterrorism, security program development and operations.
Scott has supported major capital efforts for the California Department of Water Resources, the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C., the City of Miami Beach, and is currently working on two projects for Cook County. His background includes serving as an urban health system senior security manager, where he contributed to the design‑build of over 10 hospitals, clinics, and major renovation projects—embedding security requirements early to reduce lifecycle cost and enhance operational resilience.
