Scott Anstandig leads the Marketing & Communications team at Clark Dietz, Inc., a leading infrastructure engineering firm. Spending his entire career in marketing for professional services, he completed the “AEC Trifecta” upon joining the firm in 2022. In his current role, Scott oversees a team of professionals who drive strategic proposal development, brand storytelling, and business development support across the firm. Using flexibility as a core strength, he works closely with Clark Dietz’s engineering professionals who balance project delivery with client engagement, to craft compelling narratives that reflect the firm’s values, technical excellence, and community impact. Scott enjoys helping teams find the right words to describe complex work in ways that are clear, honest, and relatable. By focusing on stories that connect with people, he supports long-term relationships and helps teams see marketing as a tool for connection—not just promotion.
