Sarah Terzic is the Co-Founder and President of UpSpring, a PR, marketing, and growth partner for brands across the built environment. Sarah launched UpSpring from her college dorm room alongside childhood friend Tiffany Rafii. Guided by Sarah’s entrepreneurial drive and passion for building strong systems, UpSpring has scaled into a 50+ person team representing more than 80 clients across architecture, design, construction, and manufacturing. Sarah serves as the operational backbone of the company, directing financial strategy, optimizing workflows, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture that empowers employees to grow into senior leaders. Known for her capacity to transform lofty visions into tangible realities, she balances creativity with calculated planning. A decisive leader unafraid of reinvention, Sarah believes in transparency, respectful communication, and building an environment where growth benefits both the firm and its people.
