Sandra Mengel is an independent real estate advisor (Mengel & Cie) with over 30 years of institutional experience at CBRE (Member of the Germany Management Board), Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and Alstria Office REIT-AG. Her focus lies on sustainability and office building retrofit from a commercial asset management perspective. Drawing on her deep operational background in property and asset management, and change management, she also advises as a bridge between startups and established companies.
