Rob Olden

Rob is a business manager and mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in HVAC, electrical systems, building electrification, energy analysis, and high-performance building design across commercial, industrial, municipal, housing, and mission-critical facilities. His technical expertise includes geothermal and heat recovery applications, decarbonization strategies, and energy modeling, with project work spanning feasibility studies, electrification initiatives, district energy systems, net-zero facilities, and large-scale retrofit programs. In his current role, Rob is engaged in the hyperscale data center market, supporting strategic pursuits, quality oversight, and project delivery for large-scale AI, cloud, and high-performance computing infrastructure programs. He works closely with owners, developers, designers, and construction teams to address the unique challenges of power-intensive and mission-critical facilities while advancing reliability, sustainability, and operational performance objectives.
