Robert Jimenez is an AEC Technology Leader and AI Product Manager operating at the intersection of architectural project management and zero-to-one software development. With 18 years of domain expertise in the built environment and 7 years as a startup founder, Robert specializes in transforming manual architectural processes into scalable, AI-driven ecosystems.

At NORR Design, Robert serves as both a Project Manager and an Advisor for the Retail Department’s Technical & Functional Committee. This dual perspective allows him to ground his advisory work in the realities of daily project delivery, effectively guiding the adoption of AI tools to optimize productivity and design quality. Simultaneously, he is developing Spandrel, an intelligent project management SaaS currently in alpha, designed to modernize how complex architectural projects are delivered.

Previously, as the Co-Founder and Product Manager of Fantom Dynamics, Robert led cross-functional engineering teams through the full hardware and software product lifecycle. His team were early adopters and developers of Google Project Ara and Moto Z modular phone technology, culminating in a commercial partnership with Motorola.

Known as a "Technical Translator," Robert excels at bridging the gap between advanced machine learning engineers and practical architectural constraints. He holds a B.Sc. in Architecture and is currently completing an MBA in AI Product Management to further formalize his technical product frameworks.
