Robert Brice

Robert Brice assumed the newly created role of Assistant Deputy Director of Illinois Works in May of this year. In this capacity, he is charged with overseeing the Bid Credit Program and the Apprenticeship Initiative. Robert has over 15 years of experience in workforce development, including six years serving as the associate director of the Highway Construction Careers Training Program when administered by the Illinois Community College Board. Robert also possesses an additional six years experience in public procurement focusing on compliance with the law. Robert holds the prestigious Certified Professional Public Buyer credential, issued by the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council.
