After starting in the construction industry in 2001 and joining Pepper five years later, Rob has developed an impressive record of successfully delivering projects across a wide range of markets. He currently leads Pepper Construction Company's efforts in Illinois across in the education, commercial, entertainment and industrial markets, and is guiding the transformative McDonald’s Park Stadium project for the Chicago Fire Football Club. Well known throughout the Chicagoland area, the energy and enthusiasm that Rob brings to his projects is contagious and benefits design teams, trade partners and clients alike. He is also recognized for his strategic contributions to operational excellence, his role in securing and delivering complex projects and his effectiveness in developing team members. Rob balances accountability with empathy and translates Pepper’s culture into daily practice, ensuring that team members understand and embody the company's values. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
