Preston Judkins is a Traffic Engineer and Project Manager with 16 years of experience leading Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) projects across the country. Based in the Midwest, his portfolio includes statewide systems in Michigan, Illinois, and Missouri; tollway networks in Indiana, Illinois, and Rhode Island; urban corridors in Chicago; and managed lanes in Michigan, Virginia, Illinois, and New York. Preston specializes in integrating smart mobility solutions that improve how cities move, live, and work. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s from the University of Illinois. Nationally recognized for his expertise, he serves on the TRB Traffic Signal Systems Committee and the ITS Midwest Board.
