Pierce Thysell is an Assistant Project Manager at STV, where he serves as an owner’s representative supporting capital improvement and fleet electrification initiatives across the public transportation sector. He brings six years of experience managing large-scale development projects within the public and private sectors, including mission-critical, hospitality, and multifamily mixed-use facilities. Pierce leads coordination among design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver complex infrastructure on time and within budget. His recent work includes helping deliver one of the region’s first electric bus facilities and advancing planning efforts for future zero-emission infrastructure programs. Pierce is experienced in project management, MEP systems coordination, and data-driven management platforms, including e-Builder, ASTA PowerProject and Bluebeam. He applies these tools to track scope, budget, and schedule performance while driving risk mitigation and quality assurance
