Phil Lazarus has spent more than 30 years leading the implementation of digital technologies for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners. Throughout his career, he has balanced strategic leadership with hands-on project delivery, contributing to complex construction projects across the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. Phil is passionate about integrating technology to enhance collaboration and project outcomes while mentoring and developing the next generation of digital leaders. In his current role with Turner Construction, Phil is responsible for driving consistency in the pursuit and delivery of the nation's largest professional sports facilities, advancing digital practices that improve project performance from preconstruction through completion.
