Peter Hostrawser is an educator, speaker, and connector with more than 23 years of experience bridging education, workforce development, and community partnerships. He has built and expanded career-focused programs across multiple school districts, helping students connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities.
As Career Internship Program Co-Coordinator at Naperville Community Unit School District 203, Peter works with industry partners to create authentic work-based learning experiences that develop career readiness and professional skills.
Peter is also the co-founder and co-host of the Disrupt Education podcast and a founding member of The CTE Collective, advocating for innovative, career-connected education.
His mission is simple: move education beyond traditional classrooms and create meaningful pathways that prepare students not just for graduation, but for contribution.
