Paul Morgan serves as Chief Operating Officer of JLL's Real Estate Management Services (REMS), where he leads comprehensive building lifecycle solutions that maximize client returns on real estate investments. He directs the global Workplace Management division, encompassing nearly 53,000 professionals across 80 countries who deliver facilities management services to Fortune 500 companies and leading organizations worldwide.

With more than 30 years of global experience, Paul focuses on delivering integrated JLL capabilities to optimize building performance through technology innovation and operational excellence. Based in Wisconsin and originally from the UK, he has served as Executive Sponsor of JLL's Disability Employee Resource Group for nearly a decade, championing inclusive workplace initiatives. Prior to joining JLL, he spent 18 years with Johnson Controls in progressive leadership roles, managing global operations across diverse industry verticals.
