Nicole Mandeville
Nicole N. Mandeville-is a dynamic leader with a passion for driving program management strategies across various sectors, including state government, corporate, nongovernmental and philanthropic organizations. As the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer for Business Enterprise Development and Contract Compliance at Cook County Government, Nicole leads a talented team of 30 and oversees the certification, compliance and strategic initiatives workstreams in Procurement.
Prior to her current role, Nicole made significant strides at the Illinois Department of Central Management Services and the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Her efforts led to process improvements and boosted participation and support of minority, women, and veteran vendors. Nicole’s strategic thinking and business savvy have earned her numerous accolades, including being named a Notable Veteran Leader by Crain’s Chicago. Her diverse experience is further complemented by her service in the United States Army, where she deployed to Operation Desert Storm, Desert Shield
and Provide Comfort.
