Nancy Peshoff is a strategic procurement and project management leader with extensive experience overseeing private- and public-sector contracting, emphasizing efficiency, compliance, and collaboration in delivering complex projects. Nancy has been with the City of Chicago’s Department of Procurement Services for two and a half years where she manages professional services, master consulting, and construction solicitations and contracts, driving efficiency, compliance, and value across major initiatives.

With a 30-year foundation in project and program management at Hewlett-Packard and procurement leadership for the California Highway Patrol, Nancy brings deep expertise in policy enforcement, stakeholder engagement, and performance-based procurement. Her accomplishments have earned recognition including the City of Chicago, Department of Procurement Services Certificate of Recognition (2024), the CHP Commander’s Certificate of Commendation (2021), and the HP IT Excellence Award (2015).
