Myriam started her career in the telecommunications industry. Her primary focus was opening new markets in Latin America where she sold infrastructure products to carriers.
After taking a brief break to raise her son Ethan, she joined a business-to-business marketing agency (Pepper Group) in a development capacity where she honed her marketing skills as she expanded the agency’s client base.
Then in 2011, when the Boy Scouts were looking to expand their penetration of the Latino market Myriam joined the Scouting movement. In her current role at the Pathway to Adventure Council she oversees two major fundraising events in the construction and financial industries. Through her relationships in the construction industry she developed, Building Tech, a hands-on approach to teaching Scouts the technology behind the construction space. She is the mother of a Life Scout that is currently working to becoming an Eagle Scout.
