Throughout his career, Myles Cardenas has made significant contributions both professionally and in his local community. Serving as a Land Development Manager for Taylor Morrison in Atlanta, Myles oversees the processes and implementation from Entitlements through Land Development. With 9 years of experience working for CalAtlantic Homes, Lennar, McKinley Homes, and now Taylor Morrison, Myles uses his experience in both Construction and Land Development to help with synergy in his role. At Taylor Morrison, he currently serves as the Chair for the Atlanta Division’s DEIB Subcommittee where his leadership helps drive more inclusionary and equitable workplace practices. His leadership in Workforce Development also stands out, particularly through his work with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Myles also serves as the Chair of the National Association of Home Builders Student Chapters Advisory Board and serves on the Young Professionals Committee. His dedication to mentoring the next generation of construction professionals is reflected through his leadership roles within these organizations, as well as his mentorship of students at his alma mater and students from HBCUs from across the nation. Myles’ contributions continue to have a meaningful impact both on the construction industry and in the greater Atlanta area and across the nation.
