Dr. Mike Barger is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where he also teaches in Executive Education and works extensively with senior leaders and executives on high-stakes leadership, organizational resilience, and leading through crisis.

Prior to joining Ross, Mike spent 13 years as a U.S. Navy F/A-18 pilot and flight instructor, including serving as Chief Instructor at TOPGUN. He later became a founding member of JetBlue Airways, where he held senior leadership roles and led the company's Emergency Command Center through major events including 9/11, the 2003 Northeast blackout, and other significant operational crises.
