Madeline Robertson is the Director of Sustainability at Greystar, where she leads key programs and vendor partnerships that help both Greystar-owned assets and third-party clients advance their sustainability goals across a multifamily portfolio of more than 3,700 properties nationwide. Her work focuses on driving measurable impact through initiatives that support energy benchmarking compliance, Building Performance Standard (BPS) tracking, sustainability education, and enhanced data integrity.
