With more than 20 years of experience in residential HVAC, Luke Wrona has dedicated his career to developing both technical excellence and the next generation of skilled technicians. He is NATE certified, EPA certified, and an EPA Proctor, with a deep commitment to raising industry standards through education and mentorship.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Luke believes great technicians are built through intentional leadership, coaching, and a growth mindset. Today, he serves with Cardinal Heating in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, where his primary focus is developing people. He created Cardinal's HVAC Apprenticeship Program and, over the past five years, has helped train and develop more than 50 apprentices into successful, independent HVAC technicians.

His passion extends beyond teaching technical skills. Luke enjoys helping individuals build confidence, embrace continuous learning, and grow into leaders in their own right. Whether in the field, the classroom, or on stage, his mission is the same: invest in people, strengthen the trades, and leave the HVAC industry better than he found it.
