As a woman in this industry I think that driving changes in the Midwest’s AEC industry is vital for women because it breaks down gender barriers, opens access to high-paying, in demand careers, brings diverse perspectives to critical infrastructure projects, and helps create a more inclusive, innovative, and economically resilient workforce.
