Lark Jackson

Lark Jackson is the Director at the Equity Resource Center at Chicago Women in Trades (CWIT) and is a recognized leader in advancing women's equity in the skilled construction and manufacturing trades. She leads the ERC's technical assistance work, providing guidance and best practices to industry stakeholders on how to best recruit and retain women in the skilled trades, to ensure a strong workforce. Lark is a subject matter expert with expertise in providing trainings including, but not limited to, Harassment Prevention, Bystander Intervention, and Best Practices in Recruitment and Retention.
