Keisha Rogers has been with the City of Chicago for over nineteen years, of which, she has been an esteemed Certification Officer for nine years currently serving under the guidance of Contracting Equity Officer, Tammi Morgan, within the Department of Procurement Services.  In her capacity as a Senior Certification Officer, Keisha works with Minorities, Women, Veterans and People with Disabilities assisting with understanding eligibility criteria and review processes with regard to Local and Federal programs.  In addition, Ms. Rogers is integral in maintaining a community presence through community outreach events, panel discussions and workshops, just to name a few.

As a graduate, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and a Paralegal Certificate as well as being an entrepreneur herself, Keisha understands the importance of furthering one’s education, inspiring others to be entrepreneurial and in creating generational wealth.
