As OKW’s Design Director, Katie’s influence reaches nearly every project in our office. She has become a partner and a proven leader at our firm thanks to her design acumen and knack for clearly explaining her ideas to clients and colleagues alike.

With a thoughtful and strategic approach to every project, Katie has been involved in many creative transformations in the real estate industry. From converting a shuttered retail location to a corporate HQ for a beer distributor to overseeing the design of the region’s first car condo development, she has plenty of experience in thinking outside the box.

Katie is currently working on several innovative projects around the country, including multiple multifamily design opportunities in Chicagoland, creative housing developments in Tennessee and Alabama, and retail/hospitality repositioning projects.
