Kassie Chapel, M.Ed., SHRM-SCP, brings over 18 years of diverse experience in fostering organizational excellence across industries and continents. Her career includes impactful roles in both academic and corporate settings, including nine years abroad in France and Hong Kong, where she enhanced engagement and learning initiatives at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), GP Strategies, and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). Now based in Chicago, Kassie serves as Director of People & Culture (HR) at LG Group, a full-service real estate development, construction, and design firm, is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and promoting an inclusive workplace culture by leading all aspects of the employee life cycle.
