Josh Brown is the President and CEO of Brown Design and Construction, where he leads residential and commercial construction projects with a commitment to strength, precision and quality. Josh's passion for building began in high school when he started working in landscaping and advanced to a foreman position by the time he graduated. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), while continuing to work for one of the capital region's largest landscaping companies. After college, Josh expanded his expertise by earning his insurance license and specializing in serving contractors. At the same time, he began buying, renovating and selling homes, combining his business acumen with years of hands-on construction experience. Those experiences ultimately inspired him to establish Brown Design and Construction. Under Josh's leadership, Brown Design and Construction has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects with exceptional attention to detail. As the company continues to grow, Josh remains focused on expanding its capabilities while pursuing his passion for real estate development. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his three daughters and takes great pride in being a dedicated girl dad.
