With 20 years of industry experience and more than eight years dedicated to quality assurance, John leads the Quality Department for Pepper Construction in Illinois and Wisconsin. Since joining Pepper in 2014 as a Project Engineer, John has advanced into a leadership role where he manages quality assurance across hundreds of projects. His expertise includes drawing reviews, pre-installation meetings, construction inspections, testing, and product research, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

As head of the Quality team, John collaborates with peers to develop consistent practices, efficiencies and implement best-in-class processes. Committed to innovation, John continues to research new materials and partners closely with subcontractors and operations teams to strengthen project-specific quality plans.
