John Morton, CCP has over 34 years of project controls experience including program and project level cost reporting, planning, scheduling, and project controls systems setup, customization, and administration. John Morton joined STV Incorporated as a Project Controls Manager in February 2018. He began working as the Project Controls Director for the Pace Suburban Bus Priority Project Management and Oversight (PPMO) Program in March 2021 supporting new construction and renovations to transportation centers, parking garages, system wide zero-emission bus transformation upgrades, and construction oversight services for bus rapid transit service facilities throughout the Chicagoland Suburbs.
