Joel has spent over 22 years successfully delivering some of the most challenging healthcare projects in the Chicagoland area. This includes 7 years representing the owner side and over 15 years representing a construction firm. He has worked in all aspects of healthcare facilities, including Operating Rooms, Sterile Processing, Radiology, Patient Care areas and large Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Infrastructure upgrades. Joel's expertise in phased healthcare projects within active facilities makes him the in-house expert at Leopardo Companies, one of the nation's largest healthcare construction firms.
