Joaquin is a Vice President supporting the Midwest brokerage team in their efforts to develop business and negotiate the marketing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate properties (specifically, retail). His responsibilities include market research, financial analysis, new business development, transactional support and all necessary measures to support decision making.

Joaquin’s client base spans from institutional retail and office REITs to local owners and merchant developers. His portfolio comprises both retail-only and mixed-use assets (including hospitality, office, and multi-family projects). He specializes in creative deal-making through a thorough understanding of lease mechanics and has transaction experience across a variety of CRE verticals.
