Jill is a strategic marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across the environmental and AEC (architectural, engineering, construction) industries. With an MBA in Marketing and a background in creative design, she has led major rebranding initiatives, develop impactful content strategies , and executed campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement.

Raised in a construction-focused family, Jill found a natural fit in the AEC sector after a successful marketing career in other industries. She now leads marketing and communications for McHugh Construction, a 125-year-old general contractor, where she’s elevating the firm’s brand, visibility, and market positioning.

A former adjunct professor of business, Jill has taught marketing, entrepreneurship, and communications—reinforcing her belief in the power of fundamentals. Her academic and industry experience inform a strategic, well-rounded approach to leadership, brand development, and organizational success.
